The plain version of how this site works and what you can expect from us.
Using this site
Everything here is for information. We keep it accurate, but a menu changes, a price moves and a dish sells out. The price you are charged at the counter or at checkout is the price that counts.
Ordering
Online orders are placed through our ordering partner, and their terms cover the order, payment and delivery. Anything that goes wrong with an order is quickest to fix by calling the shop on (331) 226-2043.
Catering and events
An enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists once we have confirmed the date, the menu and the price with you in writing. Prices on this site are a guide for typical orders; a quote we send you is the real one, and it holds for 14 days.
Allergens and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame and soy, and dishes are made to order in shared equipment, so we cannot promise any dish is free of a given allergen. Tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
Photographs
Photographs show how a dish is usually served. Portions and garnishes vary.
What belongs to whom
The name, the logo, the photographs and the drawings on this site belong to Paanwalla.
Who runs this site
The site is designed, built and maintained for Paanwalla by 99 MPH, its technology partner. They are responsible for the site's availability, its security updates and its accessibility, and they are the people to write to about anything technical: contact@99-mph.com. Anything about the food, an order or a booking is quickest with the shop itself.
The site is built to WCAG 2.2 level AA; the accessibility statement sets out what that means, what is tested and what is still open.

Where we link to somebody else — a map, an ordering partner, social media — their terms and privacy apply once you are there.
Liability
We are responsible for the food we serve and the service we give. We are not responsible for losses caused by a third-party service being unavailable, or by information on this site that has since changed.
