This site is a shopfront, not a data business. Here is everything it collects and why.
What we collect
Two things, and only when you offer them:
- Your enquiry. If you send the catering form, we receive your name, phone, email, and whatever you tell us about the event. It reaches the shop by email so somebody can answer you.
- How the site is used. If you allow it, we count which pages people read, using cookies. Nothing here is used for advertising, and we never sell it.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies until you say it may. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask first and set nothing until you answer. Elsewhere the counting is on by default and you can switch it off at any time in .
Small things the site remembers on your own device — whether you have seen the offer card, for instance — stay in your browser and never reach us.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of ordinary service providers to host the site, to carry your enquiry to us by email, and to count page views. They may only use what they handle to provide that service to us.
Two things on this site come from somewhere else, and your browser talks to them directly:
- The map on the contact page is Google Maps, so Google sees that your browser loaded it. Their privacy policy covers that.
- Ordering happens on our ordering partner's site, and their terms and privacy apply once you are there.
Our videos are served from this site, so watching one tells Instagram nothing. Nobody sells your details, and there is no advertising network anywhere on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the shop's mailbox as long as they are useful, and are deleted on request. Usage counting is anonymous and aggregated.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@thepaanwalla.com or call (331) 226-2043 and we will do it.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
