Naperville, Illinois
One more paan, one more story
In Indian homes the evening never ends with the last plate. Someone folds one more paan, pours one more chai, tells one more story. That is the table we set on Aurora Avenue.
The ones people come back for
Hall of Flame
Eight counters, one room
Walk in hungry,
leave with a story
Paan folded in front of you, chai poured into clay, chaat built to order, puffs out of the oven all evening. Pick a counter and we will take it from there.
Since the first fold
A corner of Mumbai,
kept awake in Illinois
The paanwalla is the last stop of an Indian night. The shutters are half down, the leaf is cut, the gulkand is spooned, and nobody is in a hurry. We brought that corner to Naperville exactly as it was: same leaves, same clay cups, same refusal to close early.
Every Saturday night
Sing for your paan
Free entry, nothing to buy. Bollywood classics on the mic, a live host running the night, chaat coming out of the kitchen and the paan counter open until the last song.
- Every Saturday
- 8 PM till midnight
- Free entry
Live counters, wherever you are
Bring the cart to your wedding
A paanwalla folding through the last dance, a chai counter steaming in a corner, a chaat station your guests will queue at twice — in a hall, a garden or a park. We set up, we serve, we clear, and we travel across Chicagoland.
एक और पान
There is always one more paan
Nobody leaves after the last one. Order ahead, or come and stand at the counter until somebody says it again.
